Job Description:
AgileBlue, a fast-growing cybersecurity company, is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to join our innovative team. This role offers hands-on experience in engineering our cutting-edge AI SecOps technology and contributing to real-world solutions that protect businesses from cyber threats.
The Intern Will:
Learn and understand all aspects of the AgileBlue product and basic troubleshooting steps for the Cerulean Agent and other related services
Assist the customer success team in managing new support tickets
Provide technical support to customers via email, live chat, phone calls, and video calls
Coordinate with the customer success team to support the entire client base
Assist in testing and updating technical documentation
Work with the engineering team to expand technical skillset and gain a deeper understanding of the product
Create custom reports as needed
Relay feedback to the development and engineering teams to ensure continuous product improvement and resolve recurring issues
