Job Description:
The Lead Generation/Digital Marketing Specialist Intern will be responsible for the following tasks:
Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
Identify and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to engage prospects, present offerings, and schedule meetings.
Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot) with accurate lead and customer information.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid ads.
Utilize HubSpot for email automation, customer segmentation, and inbound marketing strategies.
Optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs to maximize conversion rates.
Content & Social Media Marketing:
Create and manage content for LinkedIn, blogs, and email newsletters to engage the target audience.
Develop messaging and scripts for cold outreach and follow-up sequences.
Monitor social media engagement and propose strategies to increase audience interaction.
Marketing Analytics & Optimization:
Track and analyze campaign performance using HubSpot and Microsoft Excel/Power BI.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales processes to enhance lead conversion rates.
