Job Description:

NeoGraf Solutions is a leading innovator in engineered graphite materials, delivering solutions for thermal management, energy storage, and industrial applications.  NeoGraf Solutions is seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our team. As an intern, you will work alongside experienced engineers to contribute to impactful projects and gain hands-on experience with engineered graphite materials.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist engineering team with ongoing projects and process improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.

  • Learn and understand processes and compare with documented drawings and specifications.

  • Evaluate maintenance downtime to develop/install predictive maintenance monitoring.

  • Review safety procedures and perform audits to ensure compliance and address any issues.

  • Participate in quality investigations and root cause analyses to develop corrective actions.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide fresh perspectives.
