Job Description:
The intern will be responsible for developing a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Simplified Global and its suite of digital transformation solutions, including Nexus 365™, Simpl QA, and Simpl Talent. This will include identifying ideal customer personas, mapping the buyer’s journey, segmenting the market by industry and size, and defining positioning and messaging for each offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct competitive landscape analysis
Develop detailed customer personas and ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles)
Map the GTM strategy for each product, including entry points, messaging, and channel strategy
Define KPIs for GTM success and assist with creating dashboards for tracking
Collaborate with leadership to define short and long-term GTM goals
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and SaaS/TaaS models
Proficiency with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience with market research and competitive benchmarking
Deliverables:
A detailed GTM playbook for Simplified Global and each individual product
Persona-based messaging matrix and channel strategy
Presentation to the leadership team summarizing the GTM strategy and recommendations
Suggested implementation roadmap for the next 3–6 months
